High-volume accounts, mixed service bundles (cross-docking + kitting + storage), or ongoing contracted lanes may qualify for adjusted rates. For full-truckload (FTL) volumes and above, we’ll often move rates down based on current warehouse occupancy; the more open space we have on hand, the more room there is to sharpen your number. We build pricing around your actual volume and handling needs, instead of a generic rate card.
